Return and Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns
  • Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Personalized, custom-made, or engraved jewellery is not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  1. Return Process

  • Once your request is approved, instructions for shipping the product back will be provided.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returned items unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect item received.
  1. Inspection and Approval
  • All returned items will be inspected upon receipt.
  • Refunds or exchanges will only be processed if the item meets the return criteria.
  • Any items showing signs of wear, damage, or tampering will be rejected.
  1. Refunds
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
  1. Exchanges
  • Exchanges are allowed for items of the same value, subject to availability.
  • To request an exchange, follow the return process and specify the replacement item.
  1. Defective or Damaged Items

  • A replacement or full refund will be provided at no extra cost.
  1. Cancellations
  • Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, the standard return process applies.
